Entre Nous

DescriptionEntre Nous TPV is a Point of Sale (POS) system custom-made for Entre Nous Cabaret, in Escaldes-Engordany (Andorra). It replaces a traditional POS with a modern, fast web application specifically designed for the real conditions of a nightclub: low light, high pace, and mixed table and bar operations. The project covers the complete business flow in a single tool: bar and table sales, management of open accounts (tabs), opening and closing shifts with cash reconciliation, ticket history, payments (cash, card, and mixed), invoicing, product and category management, stock control with movements, reservations, administration panel, and users with roles. All with real-time metrics and reports from the dashboard. The interface follows a proprietary design system —"Midnight Cabaret"— based on glassmorphism 2.0: cards with frosted glass, accents in gradient cyan to teal, bold typography, and carefully crafted micro-interactions (200 ms) so that the POS feels responsive under service pressure. It is designed dark-first precisely because the team uses it in a low-light environment. Stack: Next.js 16 (App Router) + React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS 4, Prisma 7 on PostgreSQL (Supabase), Zustand for sales state, Radix UI, Framer Motion, Recharts for reports, next-intl for i18n, and Zod for validation. Deployment on Railway with Docker and secrets managed with Infisical. Localization in es-ES, currency EUR. The result is a web-based, multi-device, and maintainable POS that the venue can update and scale without proprietary software licenses or hardware tied to a vendor.
